How to Claim - Public liability insurance
At Towergate Insurance, we are firm believers that, where
possible, prevention is better than cure. We understand the sort of
disputes that can lead to allegations being made about your advice
or service and we do everything we can to minimise our clients'
chances of ever needing to make a claim.
Please refer to the policy booklet or the policy summary which
will contain a page headed 'How to Claim' (or similar). This will
give specific telephone numbers for you to contact, with many
insurers having a 24-hour claims helpline number. When you call
them please ensure you have your policy number to hand.
