How to Claim - Liability insurance for small businesses

If you need to make a claim speak to us direct and we will pass
on the information onto the relevant insurer, who should deal with
your claim quickly and effectively. If you are calling us out of
hours and require emergency assistance, please refer to the policy
booklet or the policy summary which will contain a page headed 'How
to Claim' (or similar). This will detail telephone numbers for you
to contact, with many insurers having a 24-hour claims helpline
number. When you call them please ensure you have your policy
