Claims process - Motorhome Insurance
Towergate Insurance has a dedicated claims team who will give
you the support you need until your holiday motorhome
insurance claim is resolved. When necessary our specialist
loss adjusters are available to help you.
The claims process is simple
- Call our dedicated claims team on 0845 608 0230 for immediate
advice
- Please have your policy number to hand together with a full
description of the incident
- If appropriate, we will give you the telephone number and
location of your nearest approved repairer and inform you of any
further action you may need to take
- You should obtain estimates for repair where possible
- Fill out the documentation that we send you in the post
- We will then authorise repairs or pay you the value of your
claim
