Residents of Takeley Park caravan site in Essex have formed a
Park Home Residents Association, under new legislation that allows
associations to form provided 50 per cent of residents agree.
The association has been supported by specialist caravan
insurance provider Towergate Insurance, which has donated £200 to
cover the costs of administration and newsletter production.
Members of the association will also benefit from a 10 per cent
discount on caravan insurance from Towergate.
