Claims process - Static Caravan Insurance
Towergate Insurance has a dedicated claims team who will give
you the support you need until your Static Caravan or Leisure home
insurance claim is resolved. When necessary our specialist loss
adjusters are available to help you.
The claims process is simple
At the Scene
- Take the names and addresses of other parties involved,
together with witnesses
- Take photographs if you can
- As soon as possible, report the incident to us – you can do
this in a number of ways:
- Call our dedicated claims team on 0844 892 1416 for immediate
advice
- Fill out the documentation that we send you via the post, or
download a claim form
- Obtain estimates for repair and/or replacement, where
possible
- If necessary, we can send someone to inspect the damage
- We will then authorise repairs or pay you the value of your
claim
