How to Claim
Even if you are not sure whether or not an incident will lead to
a claim, you should notify us anyway. When we speak to you we will
advise the best course of action. This will not prejudice your
policy and we will be able to put your mind at rest or, if
necessary, start the claims process.
If you do need to make a claim, we believe that you should
receive exactly the same high standard of service as you did when
we first spoke to you regarding your touring caravan insurance.
That’s why, when you speak to a Towergate claims team, you will
be dealing with highly trained and knowledgeable professionals with
two priorities; resolving your claim and restoring you to the same
position you were in before your claim occurred.
The process is simple
For claims associated with our ‘Select’ or
‘Economy’ policies please contact us on
0844 892 1416 or alternatively download and
complete the
claim form getting estimates for repairs where possible. If
necessary, we will send someone to inspect the damage, and assuming
cover is in force, repairs will then be authorised or you will
receive a cheque for the value of your claim.
All other policy holders contact 0115
934 9818 and your claim will be dealt directly with your
insurer Amtrust.
