• Standard excess: £50

Main exclusions of our holiday home insurance

• Accidental damage not covered when let, unless accidental damage cover is selected (subject to a signed rental contract being in place)
• No cover for theft if minimum security requirements are not met
• Storm, flood, hail or snow damage to garages, fences, gates, hedges, swimming pool covers and outbuildings of light construction
• No cover for any item over £3,000 unless specified on your schedule
• When the holiday home is unoccupied for a period of time cover is not available for escape of water unless certain conditions are met
