basis or as a traditional annual policy, our self drive hire
insurance service includes a visit from an Account Executive at the
half year point to review your insurances, ensure you are happy
with our ongoing service and have no outstanding issues.
Towergate’s unique Claims Liaison Managers will also visit you
to review and analyse your claims experience and develop bespoke
strategies to reduce claims ratios, which ultimately reduces your
insurance costs. They will also highlight any issues with any
specific vehicle types, or client demographics.
We are constantly working with insurers to ensure we are up to
speed with the latest claim reducing initiatives to recommend to
our clients. For example, evidence from insurer’s show that thefts
of vehicles by hirers are much less likely when a photograph is
taken of the customer prior to vehicle hire.
We provide a free webcam to enable you to take a picture quickly
and easily to attach to a customer’s hire record.
