Towergate Insurance Overseas Assist aims to put your mind at rest by offering a 24 hour translation service to help you deal with a range of essential maintenance in good time and with minimal stress. So even when you're hundreds of miles away, we will ensure your property is in good hands.

If you choose to include overseas assist in your overseas home insurance policy, the service can be used up to four times per year with the flexibility to buy more support if required.

Our linguists can help with a range of issues by acting as an interpreter between you and other parties. In the past we’ve helped our customers with;

• Dealing with utility firms
• Arranging meter readings
• Speaking to police following a break in
• Problems with recently purchased property
• Asking house keepers to supply contractors with access to your property
• Contacting a lock smith should you lose your keys whilst travelling to your property
