Insurance cover for Listed Properties
If you require listed property insurance or your home or
property is very old, then this specialist insurance policy may

many mainstream insurance providers may not insure your home if it
is listed. Luckily, Towergate Insurance is on hand to provide you
with Listed Property insurance.
You can buy our listed property insurance policy online or over
the phone if you prefer to speak to one of our advisors.

Insuring a listed property requires a good understanding of
heritage sites - luckily at Towergate Insurance we have a team of
insurance specialists who know how to get the right level of
insurance cover in place depending on the type of listed or very
old property you own.
We recommend that your listed property insurance should cover
worst case scenarios. Should your home become seriously damaged,
you may be legally obliged to repair it by English Heritage.
