you the support you need until your claim is resolved. When
necessary our specialist loss adjusters are available to help
you.
The claims process is simple
- Call our dedicated claims team on 01708 777
720 for immediate advice
- Fill out the documentation that we send you via the post, or
download a claim form
- Obtain estimates for repair and/or replacement, where
possible
- If necessary, we can send someone to inspect the damage
- We will then authorise repairs or pay you the value of your
claim
