And because we know that selling a property that has had subsidence can prove problematic, with most mortgage providers specifying that subsidence insurance be in place before completion, we can transfer your insurance cover to the new home owner should you choose to sell your home.

  • Cost of temporary accommodation if your home becomes uninhabitable

  • Option to include home assistance cover

  • Optional legal protection up to £50,000

  • Cover for your contents whilst in transit if you move home

  • Worldwide cover for credit cards (up to £500) and money (up to £300) included within contents section

  • Up to £2,000 of contents cover for university or college

  • Valuables up to 33% of the total contents and any one item up to 5% of the total contents

  • Complimentary 10% increase in contents cover over the Christmas period and for weddings

Good morning. Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you have not yet received confirmation. Looking at our records, it appears that we did send out the policy documents by email when the policy was taken. We will call you this morning to confirm and will resend you the paperwork.
