Our policy provides a dedicated legal helpline that is available 24 hours a day for individual policy holders, should you ever need to talk through any potential worries. For non-legal matters that you may want to discuss, there is also a 24-hour health ad wellbeing helpline provided by ARAG plc.

No, there is no restriction on the age of your clients. Full cover will be provided for the activities you are insured for regardless of the age of the clients you are providing a service to.
Yes, we understand that you will often sell products to your clients and so, as standard, we insure up to 20% of your annual turnover for product sales. If more than 20% of your turnover relates to product sales, please let us know as we will need to refer this to our insurer on your behalf for agreement.
The short answer is yes. We have an extensive list of over 100 activities that we can cover as standard under our professional liability policy. Just let us know all the activities that you undertake and we will let you know if there are any that we cannot cover, or need to be referred.
We are not imposing any stipulation in our terms regarding record keeping, so we would always recommend you check if there are any specific requirements from regulatory bodies in your field. In the event of a claim being made, the Statute of Limitations would apply, but all our professional liability customers have access to a free legal helpline which would provide some guidance in this respect.
