We include flood cover in all our policies. For the most part we offer zero excess on this cover but in some high risk areas we may need to add an excess. In 2013 between October and February we helped 301 people get their static caravans back up and running during some of the worst weather for decades.
When you claim, you’ll get every penny from your final settlement. The only exception is in the (unlikely) event of ground movement (Landslip, heave or subsidence) where we have a £500 excess.
The winters can be cruel to static caravans. That’s why we offer water and frost damage cover with, you guessed it, zero excess. We only ask one thing – please either turn off the water at the mains (you probably do this any way), fully drain down your caravan or keep the heating on at 15 degrees whilst you’re not there.
When you take out insurance with us we’ll ask you about your ‘sums insured’ this will include the value of the caravan itself and your contents. Simply let us know the value of cover you require and we’ll adjust your premium so that you don’t pay for any more than you need.
These are just some of the key features and exclusions, full details will be found in policy wordings. Show policy documents

Yes. In fact, we provide £5 million worth at no extra cost just to be safe.
Sure. Our policy provides valuables cover for any one item up to £2000, you just need to make sure you allow for any such items within your sums insured. If you're an avid wind surfer, we can also include cover for your sailboard. You may find that some items you take to your static caravan are covered by your regular home insurance. It's best to check with your home insurance provider to make sure you're not doubling up on cover unnecessarily.
Our policies include cover for escape of water and frost damage to help cope with the cold winters. However, we do ask that you drain down your caravan, turn the water off at the mains or keep the heating on at 15 degrees Celsius.
