Paying by direct debit is an affordable and convenient way to pay for your policy. Through our preferred provider, Premium Credit Limited (PCL)*, you have the option of setting up a Direct Debit to pay your premium in equal monthly instalments.

Yes. Our policies provide cover for all types of accidental damage or loss, whether it is being towed, on site or in storage.
Yes. Our policies automatically cover you for 90 days use in Europe - or longer if you choose.
Yes, provided they live with you. If they don't live with you then you can extend the policy for a small additional premium.
If you bought it as new within 12 months of the loss and your sum insured is enough to pay for it, we will replace your trailer tent or folding caravan with its brand new equivalent. If not, we will pay you its value immediately before it was stolen or damaged.

All claims are handled in-house from our offices in Cheltenham. Should the worst happen you will have the benefit of talking to our trailer tent and folding caravan claims experts.

Simply call using the number provided in your policy documents. We will talk you through the details of your claim and advise you of the next steps in the process. We will continue to guide you through from notification through to settlement.

In line with our service pledge, we will act within 24 hours of being notified of your claim and within five days if you provide us with new information on an existing claim.
Most importantly, when your claim is settled we will ensure speedy payment by BACS straight in to your bank account.
