Terms and conditions - #MyBoatLife competition

All entries must be submitted through either Facebook or Instagram mentioning the relevant handle (Facebook: @TowergateBoatInsurance; Instagram: @TowergateBoatInsurance) and using the hashtag #myboatlife. The winner will receive a £100 Sunglasses Hut voucher, Regency picnic hamper, Gill Race Team Bag 30L and Bottle of Veuve Clicquot. The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the end of the competition. If we do not hear back from the winner within seven days of that email, we reserve the right to select a new winner. Cash alternative not available. The name of the winner can be obtained by writing to the Marketing Department, Towergate Insurance, Ellenborough House, Wellington Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1XZ. Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of Towergate Underwriting Group Ltd or any subsidiaries, and/or their families. Entries close at 5pm on 30 September 2018. The winner will be decided by Towergate Insurance. In submitting any imagery to us you acknowledge that you own or have full permission to use it, and you grant us a licence to use it for our reasonable promotional purposes. The promoter’s announcement of the winner is final; no correspondence will be entered into. The winner must agree to have his/her name and postal town published and be willing to participate in any post-event publicity.
