What happens if I cannot visit my boat during the Covid-19 pandemic?


We understand that due to the Covid-19 outbreak you may be unable to visit your boat. Read our FAQs for this situation.


Is my board or windsurfer covered if damaged in transit?


Yes, paddle board and windsurf insurance cover includes damage to the board and equipment while in transit, excluding scratching, bruising and denting.


Does my paddle board or windsurf cover extend when I take my board abroad?


The policy provides 30 days' cover for European use.


Can I leave my paddle board or windsurfer unattended at any time?


No. You must take responsible precautions to prevent theft. Your board and equipment should be kept securely so that it cannot be stolen without forceable removal.


Can I pay in instalments?


If you would prefer to spread the cost of your paddle board and windsurf policy, you have the option of setting up a Direct Debit to pay your premium by monthly instalments through our preferred provider, Premium Credit Limited (PCL).
