Staff absence or sickness insurance
Our flexible policies allow you to choose the level of cover and which staff to insure, plus you can choose between annual or renewable cover
Self-manage your chosen level of sickness cost before insurance kicks in. An aggregate excess or stop loss level is set for absence costs which is self-managed by you before your insurance policy is applied.
Any claim within three weeks of the start of the policy
Medical conditions causing the member of staff to be absent from work for more than 10 consecutive academic working days in the one year prior to the start of the policy
Medical expenses arsing from:
Suicide or intentional self-injury
Some hazardous pursuits (please contact us for details)
Routine medical from pregnancy or childbirth
Non prescribed drugs
Travel against medical advice
Flying other than as a passenger
