Paying by direct debit is an affordable and convenient way to pay for your policy. Through our preferred provider, Premium Credit Limited (PCL)*, you have the option of setting up a Direct Debit to pay your premium in equal monthly instalments.

Our highly experienced in house charity insurance claims team of six people have a combined experience of over 40 years and are on hand Monday to Friday to support you.
In the event of the worst happening, please call us on 01438 739731 and we will talk with you about your claim, guiding you through your next steps and taking you through the process. Your claim form can be downloaded here) and you will find email and postal address details in your policy documents.
In line with our service pledge, we will act within 24 hours of your new claim being notified to us, and within five working days of any new information on your existing claim, to ensure that your claim is settled as quickly as possible.
And when your claim is settled we will ensure speedy payment, by BACS straight into your bank account or by CHAPS to the supplier.
