It’s important that your business fully complies with health and safety and HR obligations - this is why we have teamed up with one of our services partners to provide a free online service, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations, whilst protecting your premiums through effective risk management. We also provide e-learning to keep you up-to-date with legal requirements.
Our cover automatically provides cover for charity trustees up to £100,000, as well as business interruption up to £2 million, with the option to increase this as required. It also includes employers' liability, plus legal expenses cover for employees and volunteers. This means that you will not need to source multiple policies - leaving you with peace of mind, knowing that your charity is fully covered.
At Towergate, we have delegated underwriting and claims authority all under one roof, which means our advisers are able to provide you with faster responses to your changes or claims - and in most cases without having to refer back to the insurers. What's more, we do not charge a fee to process your claim.
We understand that every charity has its own special requirements. That's why we have optional add-ons, ranging from computer breakdown cover to loss of excess insurance and personal accident cover to personal or fleet motor cover. Our array of cover add-ons allows you to tailor your policy to suit your charity's needs.
Our in-house claims team is on hand Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm to support you. Furthermore, if you have a more urgent concern, we offer a 24-hour helpline too.
For material damage and business interruption claims of over £5,000 you can count on our Claims Assist team. We will appoint a chartered loss adjuster specialising in the type of loss you have experienced to look after your interests and ensure the entire claims process is handled quickly, fairly and without unnecessary stress.
Call us or email us with: your policy number, a phone number to reach you on, details of your claim and photos where possible and relevant.
