No, unfortunately insolvency / liquidation of your tour operator is not covered by the travel insurance policy that you have purchased from a Specialist Leisure Group brand.
To pursue a refund of holiday payments from a Specialist Leisure Group brand, including any travel insurance premium paid to them directly, you will need to contact the appointed administrators for that brand.
