We want to help you get home insurance cover regardless of your claims history.
At Towergate, we encourage our customers to give us all the details of their previous insurance. We believe that everyone should be entitled to cover for their homes and contents, and that no one should be penalised for making a claim on the insurance that was there for that very reason.
As well as flexible buildings and contents insurance, our previous claims home insurance policies have a range of additional extensions, including property owner's liability, occupier's and personal liability, emergency home assistance, and more.
Our underwriters are specialists who work on behalf of each and every customer. Taking your claims history into account, we will underwrite the policy to suit your circumstances. And if you have any questions at any point we are on hand to help. Simply call us using the number in your policy documents and our team will talk you through the details of your claim. We will advise and guide you through the next steps and will stay in regular contact with you right the way through to a fair and honest settlement.
And when it comes to our own claims process, you can be assured of our continuing high levels of customer service. Our dedicated team will work efficiently, aiming to settle claims both quickly and fairly, ensuring you are kept informed throughout.
