If you use the property for holidays or holiday lets only, then it is likely that your property will be classed as a holiday home. See our second home insurance page for more information.
Even if your Spanish property does not fit the definition of a holiday home, our underwriting team can assess your unique circumstances and may be able to provide a tailored policy for you. Your property may be eligible for second home insurance - but if not, we may still be able to find you an appropriate cover. Please call the team to discuss your situation.
