We will try to give you a call before renewal is due to see if you would like to make any changes to your policy. We’ll then send your renewal in the post with plenty of time for you to check through the details and make sure you’re happy. You can pay by direct debit, cheque or in full on a debit or credit card.
We give a blanket cover on our park home policies which means for a double unit, you will be insured up to £500,000 for the replacement of the park home and up to £75,000 for the replacement of your contents. For a single unit £250,000 is covered for buildings and £50,000 for your contents. The reason for having these figures in place is to make sure that we can cover a full replacement of your park home as new, even if the value of a new home has increased a little over the years. It also ensures extra costs like debris removal and delivery of a new home are all covered and you are not left out of pocket.

In addition, we have legal support available from Abbey Legal protection who can offer advice and represent you in court or at a Residential Property Tribunal. Just remember this cover is for park home specific disputes only.
