Can you provide liability cover wherever I work?

Our policies are suitable for UK-based cleaning businesses who work on both domestic and commercial properties. We do not cover public liability and employers liability sections arising out of work undertaken in hospitals.

Are labour-only sub-contractors and agency staff covered in the same way that direct PAYE staff are under the employers' liability policy?

Answer

Yes, all types of employee can be covered for the same risks.

Do you cover cleaning work in domestic and non-domestic and hazardous locations?

Answer

Yes, cover can be tailored to your needs.  We can offer cleaners and cleaning insurance policies for domestic properties only; domestic properties plus shops and offices; and domestic and commercial properties with additional cover for hazardous locations added on to suit your requirements.

I sell a small amount of cleaning products. I do not make or re-brand these, I just sell them. Can this be included in the cover?

Answer

Yes it can. We can extend cover to include products liability for goods supplied and if you have a warehouse/ trade counter then we can cover the stock and your general contents for accidental damage, flood and other perils. Goods in transit to cover loss or damage whilst to transit is another option. Ask us for details.
