Our Contracting Process

Ardonagh Advisory is an advice-led and community-focused set of insurance intermediaries, with an extensive footprint across the UK. It comprises multiple brands under 50+ separate legal entities, which frequently change as part of M&A activity and Financial Conduct Authority requirements. For more straight-forward contracting processes, Advisory Insurance Brokers Limited procures services on behalf of the entities within Ardonagh Advisory (not the wider Ardonagh Group).  Where services relate to only part of Ardonagh Advisory, we may procure the services for the entities within that division through a different entity. By way of example:

Ardonagh Advisory Segment

Legal Entity

MGA

Geo Underwriting Services Limited

Health and Benefits

Health and Protection Solutions Limited or Usay Limited

Bravo Network

The Broker Network Limited
