We cover standard makeup application, as well as semi-permanent makeup, micro-blading and eyelash extensions. The main thing we’re not able to cover currently is permanent makeup application.
We don’t ask for copies of your qualifications in order for you to take out this policy, however it is important to note that you must be qualified to at least a level 2 in the treatments you provide in order for this policy to cover you. Therefore, while we won’t ask for copies, you do need to have a level 2 qualification to be able to claim.
Yes, we can cover a wide range of beauty therapy treatments. Simply let us know what treatments you provide and we can let you know if they can be covered under this policy or not. To give you an example, we cover body massage, spray tanning, nail technicians, waxing and facial care – so there’s a wide scope available.
While we don’t specifically recommend a specific level of cover, we would always suggest that you purchase the highest level of cover you can reasonably afford. We can offer indemnity limits of £1m, £2m, £3m, £5m and £10m, so we can help you choose the level that you need.
If you would prefer to spread the cost of your policy you have the option of setting up a direct debit to pay your premium in equal monthly instalments through our preferred provider, Premium Credit Limited (PCL).
