We had a wide range of fantastic entries from up and down the country that really showed how unique and diverse the beach hut community is. The team at Towergate were so overwhelmed by the entries, that when selecting a top ten there was one hut that we just couldn’t leave out.
Eleven worthy huts would go onto to face a public vote which would help their cause in the judges’ den before Location Location Location’s Phil Spencer, beach hut historian Dr Kathryn Ferry, Radio Times journalist Susanna Lazarus and former Beach Hut of the Year winner Pat Bevan made the ultimate decision.Read more about our panel here.
